Kaija's heartwarming nature brings a perfect blend of compassion and energy to the community of Carman. Aside from a strong Orthopaedic background, Kaija is also Certified in Acupuncture by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada, performs Cupping Therapy, Kinesiotaping, and is trained in Custom Orthotics. She is now the first in our clinic to have specific training in TMJ (jaw) dysfunction!

You may not find a therapist more giving of his personal time in Southern MB than Tim. He spends countless hours with many MJHL, AAA and youth sports teams in the area and we are proud to have him on the bench at the Esso Cup. Tim is a Certified Personal Trainer through CSEP, is Certified in Soft Tissue Release (STR), and is a NCCP level 1 Weight Lifting Coach. He also utilizes massage and manual therapy, functional movement screens and exercise prescription to help get you active and moving again at any age!
Ashley Froese DPT
A former member of the Canadian Junior National Team and NCAA Division I athlete, Ashley graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota in 2012 and has over 10 years of academic experience spanning across Canada and the United States. Her orthopaedic background combines hands on manual therapy and thorough education and exercise prescription. She considers herself a very hands on therapist with a passion for keeping active in the profession through volunteering at a legislative and local level. With additional training in Acupuncture, Dry Needling, Vertigo, and Vestibular (Balance & Concussion) Rehab, Ashley is also our therapist who currently works with pre and post-natal women!
Jeanine Redstone MPT
Jeanine is a graduate from the University of Manitoba Masters of Physical Therapy program. She was born and raised in Winkler Manitoba, and grew up playing multiple sports which came with different injuries. After a serious head injury it lead her to an increased interest in the area of injury rehabilitation. Jeanine uses her background from Kinesiology and University Soccer to aid in her exercise prescription. She plans on continuing her education in orthopaedics, acupuncture and Vertigo Rehabilitation.
Tamara was born and raised in Elm Creek, and currently resides in the small community of Fannystelle with her little furry family. After graduating from high school, Tamara ventured off to Winnipeg to study interior design. In her spare time, she enjoys helping people with interior touches and always makes sure to bring some light into a room. Tamara is a hard, diligent worker, and you’ll find her charismatic personality awaiting you at your next appointment.
